Do we really need ANOTHER VISTA CLONE? We have about 50 almost identical visual styles. Why? Sorry, it isn't just your case, many others make such styles, I just came across your one.
After all its my favourite Vista VS because the perfect 5270 startbar and min-max-close buttons.
But you may consider changing the start button.
